12 Seaside Ave. Old Orchard Beach is Approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Pier and 1/2 of a mile from Ocean Park. Recently upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom on 2nd level has a queen size and full-size bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed. Bedroom 4 located on 1st floor has a Queen size bed. Along with a queen size pullout sofa in living room, and 2 cots available for accommodations of 14. Amazing front porch with ample seating, and a gas grill for your bbq’s. Upper balcony Is a wonderful spot for your morning coffee with an ocean view.
